Pharaoh King Slots
The mention of a pharaoh tells us exactly where we are headed for this slot game. Betsoft guarantees we’ll have a superb time, of course, but is this a formulaic game based in ancient Egypt, or is there more to it? Most software developers have visited Egypt occasionally, so it is no surprise to see Betsoft’s take on the theme here.
Reels and lines
This part of the game will be familiar to you. It promises five reels to spin and 20 lines you could try to win prizes on.
Which coins can you play with?
The coins are similar to those used in other Betsoft games. The range goes from two cents to 50 per coin. You can play up to five coins on every line as well, giving you more versatility.
Pharaoh King special icons
Watch out for WILD. This icon is the substitute, as you might well guess. The pyramids cannot be substituted by it, as they act as scatters. Everything else is fine though. If you find any pyramids, you need only get two or more to score a prize. The scarab beetle can’t be replaced by the wild, since this is your jackpot icon. While five scarab beetles on a line are required to win the jackpot, you would need to play the maximum bet on that spin to win it.
Are there bonuses to be won?
Keys can appear in this slot game. You’ll see spaces for them to be collected above the reels. They appear in three colors, and each one you find is saved to the top of the screen. When you have managed to locate the three keys needed to unlock the bonus round, you will automatically enter it. This happens on a second screen. Six urns signal the start of Unlock the Tombs. Five of these urns have cash prizes in them, while just one will take you back to the main game. So, you have a good chance to select at least one prize before you hit the collect message. Will you manage to score a few more than that?

There is nothing much here we haven’t seen before, although we like the idea of collecting keys to trigger the bonus. This encourages you to keep going, as you do not need to find them all in one spin. Try it and see if you like it!
